10x10Campus grows in the open — new capabilities ship to every school on the platform at the same time, with nothing to install or upgrade on your side. This page is the running summary: what the platform already does today, and what the team is building next.

What the Platform Does Today

Every core area of running a school, covered end to end and refined continuously since launch:

Students & enrolment — full student registry, class and stream placement, promotions, and transfers between schools.
Attendance — daily student registers and staff attendance, tracked per class, per term.
Academics & results — subjects, assessments, and results compiled through the full Tanzanian grading system, Pre-Primary through A-Level, with report cards laid out to each school's own format.
Fees & billing — fee schedules per category, class, and term; invoice generation; and mobile-money payment collection.
Ledger & accounts — a real double-entry accounting engine behind every fee and payment, not a spreadsheet total.
Human resources — staff records, contracts, leave, and payroll-ready data in one place.
Hostel, library, transport, clinic, sports & inventory — the operational departments, for the schools that run them.
AI Academic Copilot — teachers generate lesson notes and other academic materials in seconds, review and edit, then publish — metered through a per-staff AI credit wallet, never a replacement for the teacher's own judgment.
Communications — school-wide announcements and SMS to parents, sent straight from the platform.
Student & Parent portals — learners see their own results, timetable, attendance, and fee statements; verified parents see the same for each of their children.
Group oversight — owners running several schools get a Group Principal view across every branch from a single account.
Office-based access control — every staff member's access is scoped to the offices and tasks they've actually been granted, never a blanket admin login.

Recently Shipped

AI Academic Copilot — staff can now generate lesson notes and other academic materials from inside the platform, paid for through their own AI credit wallet, with platform-wide pricing set centrally.
This reference library — the public home for guides, policies, help articles, and announcements you're reading right now.
Student school switching — a student who has attended more than one school on the platform can move between their own records in one session, no separate accounts.
Faster SMS delivery — parent messaging now runs on a new SMS provider with per-school sender names.

Coming Soon

The next chapter builds on Academic Copilot, always as a helper that saves time — never as a replacement for the teacher's judgment. In active development:

AI quiz & exam creation — turn a topic or a set of lesson notes into a ready-to-use quiz or practice exam in seconds, with the teacher reviewing and adjusting every question before students ever see it.
AI-assisted report comments — draft per-student remark suggestions from a student's actual results and attendance, for the teacher to accept, reshape, or discard.

A note on timing: upcoming features are listed here once they're in active development, but exact release dates can shift as they go through testing with real schools. When a feature ships, it moves up this page — and every school gets it automatically.
